A wonderful experience… Felix is responsive, prompt, patient, flexible, and an excellent communicator. I echo another review: the scope of the work he proposed included significantly more than his competitors’ summaries for 'replacing a roof’. He encouraged us to (1) discuss details to our satisfaction (I’m very inquisitive); (2) independently consult manufacturers (eg. Owens-Corning) so we could consider the costs of various restorations; (3) seek other bids to compete with his own. His striving to satisfy our needs resulted in an optimal contract, warrantee, and a job completed on schedule. This is no small accomplishment for any contractor at any time; it’s important to add that he achieved this in the latter half of 2020(!) ...communicating primarily with me while I resided in Oregon and acted on behalf of the home’s occupants. They provided daily visual feedback, as did Felix upon request. Well done Sunnyside!

Felix and his crew were fantastic! From the time of quoting through the job they were very professional. Their quote covered much more than other roofing quotes and provided more value for the money compared to other roofers. They even listed the manufacture for the materials so that I could look into reviews for those manufacturers. He definitely uses quality materials from the best manufacturers. In fact, the skylight he installed for me was top of the line and very well made compared to some cheaper materials that other roofers quoted me for. Felix was also very knowledgeable about the different roofing materials and I was able to ask him what my options were based on what I wanted to get out of my roof. In the end I went with PVC over TPO for my relatively flat roof, but that was a personal decision. While they worked on my roof, the crew wore masks and were very respectful of my property. In fact when they removed my shades they set aside the hardware for me in case I wanted to hang them up later. Felix was very responsive and provided updates on when we could expect to complete parts of the roof install. At the end of the install they cleaned up everything and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the job. I’ve already been recommending them to everyone I know who needs a new roof.
